I recently captured a little shot of Joshua reading. He told us that reading is fun. He is very excited about is new skill.

China Timeline

May 4th, 2015 – Started paperwork to switch from the Honduras program to the China Waiting Child Program
June 22nd – Started Dossier Prep
June 25th – Home study update visit
August 6th – Home study update complete
August 6th – I-800 mailed
September 14th – i797 Approval
September 29th – Our agency presented us with Samuel’s File!!
October 5th – DTC (Dossier to China)
October 12th – Signed LOI (Letter of Intent) Told China we wanted to adopt Samuel
November 3rd – Received Soft LOA (Letter of Acceptance)
November 10th – Received hard copy of LOA
November 16th – Signed LSC (Letter Seeking Confirmation) to adopt Samuel sent to China
November 23rd – USCIS Application/Petition Received
December 11th – Received Guz# and DS-260 filed
Dec. 29th – Article 5 Pick-up
January 12th - Received Travel Approval
